Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Remagica (“Remagica”, “we”, “us”) for using remagica.com and its apps (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Remagica for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you can. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Remagica. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you administer, including what members you invite do there.

Plans, credits and billing

• Running a model costs credits. Free accounts get a one-time trial allowance; paid plans add credits each billing period, and paid plans can buy credit packs.
• The credit cost of a run is shown before it starts, and credits are used as the run is processed. If a run fails because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll look into restoring them.
• Credits expire as shown in Settings → Billing, have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; the plan stays active to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may include tax. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices or credit costs. Changes to a plan's price apply from your next billing period, and we'll tell you beforehand.

Your content

You keep all rights you have in what you upload and in what you generate with Remagica (“your content”). You give us a limited license to host, process, display and send your content, including to the AI model providers you choose, only to run the service for you. We don't use your content to train our own models.

You're responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including the right to use any person's face, voice or likeness, and that your content and its use don't break the law or anyone's rights.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to output others receive. Check results before you rely on or publish them. Some models are provided under their providers' own terms, which may limit how output can be used.

Acceptable use

Don't use Remagica to:

• Create or share sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or harms children.
• Make sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent.
• Impersonate someone, or make deceptive deepfakes, fraud or disinformation meant to mislead people.
• Harass, threaten or promote violence or hatred against people.
• Infringe someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Break the law, or break the usage policies of the AI models you run.
• Probe, overload or attack the service, get around credit or usage limits, scrape it, or resell access without our permission.

AI model providers may refuse some requests under their own safety rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our service

Remagica, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we can use it without owing you anything.

We're always improving Remagica, so features and available models change. Some features rely on third-party model providers and may be unavailable at times.

Ending your use

You can stop using Remagica at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to anom@remagica.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and we'll tell you when we reasonably can. When an account closes, its unused credits end with it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the service or its output will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Remagica won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using Remagica after that means you accept the new terms.

General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we can transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
