Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Remagica (“Remagica”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use remagica.com and its apps, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to anom@remagica.com.

What we collect

Account information

When you sign up we store your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We keep the workspaces you create or join, your role in them and the invitations you send.

What you create and upload

The prompts, workflows, characters, brand kits, images, videos, audio and other files you upload or generate, and the edits you make to them. We call this your content.

Billing information

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your plan, credit balance and purchase history, but never your full card number. Stripe receives your payment details and billing address under its own privacy policy.

Usage and technical information

Records of the generations you run (which model, how many credits, whether it succeeded), plus standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request. We use these to run the service, bill credits correctly, prevent abuse and fix problems.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

Google user data

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Remagica requests only your basic profile: your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to create your account, sign you in and show who you are inside your workspace. We don't request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data, and we don't use Google user data for advertising.

Remagica's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell Google user data, transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, or use it to train AI models.

How we use information

• To provide Remagica: run your workflows, store your files and show them to you and your workspace.
• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To bill plans and credits and send receipts.
• To send emails you need, such as sign-in links, invitations and billing notices.
• To understand usage in aggregate, keep costs in check and improve the product.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

We don't use your content to train our own AI models, and we don't sell your personal information.

Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of service providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide Remagica:

• AI model providers such as fal, BytePlus ModelArk, Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter. When you run a node, its prompt and input files are sent to the provider of the model you picked so it can produce the result.
• Stripe for payments and tax.
• Resend for sign-in and notification emails.
• PostHog for product and usage analytics.
• Cloud hosting and storage providers that run our servers, database and file storage.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

Sharing inside your workspace

Members of a workspace can see the projects, assets and workflows in it. Anything you share by link can be seen by anyone who has that link, until you stop sharing it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open. When you delete content, it's removed from the service, and backup copies are cleared on a rolling schedule. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its content, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons, such as invoices.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in Settings and delete your files at any time. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to anom@remagica.com. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, UK or California, you may have further rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. You can remove Remagica's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if you find a vulnerability please tell us at anom@remagica.com.

International transfers

Remagica and its providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

Children

Remagica isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know by email or in the app. Our Terms of Service cover the rest of how Remagica works.
